Sat next a drunk man and couldnt be moved

Food was terrible.
Air hostess was very kind.

Both my luggage bags were broken into and obviously there is stuff missing.  Does that surprise me....ofcourse not.  What I don't get is that this continues to happen even though there have been so many complaints.  Do you just not care enough to sort it out? 

There was nothing in place.
